Meet Your Lead Ayurvedic Faculty

Kate O’Donnell

is the author of several Ayurvedic cookbooks, including The Everyday Ayurveda Guide to Self-Care and The Everyday Ayurveda Cookbook.

She is a nationally certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and an Ashtanga yoga teacher. Based in Maine, she teaches internationally and travels to India annually for study.
