To join us on the retreat, you have 2 options to secure your spot, pay a deposit or pay in full.

Deposits are $1000 and are non-refundable.
3 month payment plans are available upon request.

All balances must be paid in full by January 5, 2026.

Deposit and Payment:

  • Full payment of this experience is $5,000 USD for 22 nights stay.

  • A $1000 USD deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before the retreat start date (December 25, 2025).

  • For credit card or paypal payments, a fee of $150.00 will apply. To pay via check by mail, please contact us.

  • The deposit is non-refundable but deposit can be transferred to another person or applied as a credit for a future trip.

Cancellation by Participant:

In the unlikely event you experience an emergency and need to cancel, refunds can be processed up to 60 days prior to retreat start (November 25, 2025) for a $250 cancellation charge. Please be aware $1000 deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancellation requests must be made in writing prior to 60 days before the start of the retreat (November 25, 2025) to hello@ayurvedicliving.institute and are effective upon receipt.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within a 7-10 business days following the effective date of cancellation. A $250 processing fee will be incurred if a cancellation request is received 60 days prior to retreat start.

Transferability: Bookings are transferable to another person or to another retreat date.
