The cohort includes (6) 1 hour long virtual group calls to support your cleanse experience to the unique time of life that is Perimenopause and menopause. Calls are on Thursdays 4:30-5:30EST, starting Oct 3rd.
(2) calls will be with Kate -- we'll add protocols and address your unique concerns
(4) calls will be with Ayurvedic Living Institute specialist Vicki to build community and support integration of cleanse methods into your life.
