What are the best foods to optimize energy, digestion, and immunity?

According to Ayurveda, India’s ancient health science, there are certain foods that, when prepared well, are so easy on the gut, they’re good for almost everybody. In addition to what I call “everyday” foods, Ayurveda considers time of day and current season to be important factors in choosing your foods and how you prepare them.

Through this on-going program of cooking events, learn some basics about which meals, treats, and tonics to have when, and add new ingredients, ideas, and inspiration to your kitchen.
