What are the important things our bodies are telling us during the winter-to-spring transition? Getting an early start on cleansing qualities is key. This is a time when mucous is on the rise, stagnation of the blood is more likely, and digestion can become a bit slow. We will discuss what, when, and how to look for signs of sinus and lung congestion, sluggish gut, and drooping energy levels.
