This workshop will be 50% practice and 50% theory. Prana, our life energy, is in service of two things: the mind and the breath. So often, our breath becomes compromised due to physical, as well as energetic factors. Kate already wrote a book on the mind, and now it’s time to workshop the breath. We will discuss, and experience, the connection of mind, prana, and breath, as well as learn how to practice a few breath techniques and understand which body types they are best for, and when to use them. Come prepared to practice. Recording will also be provided.
