Home Remedies from The Everyday Ayurveda Guide to Self-Care

We will be diving into Kate’s newly released Guide to Self-Care: Rhythms, Routines, and Home Remedies for Natural Healing. Let’s get some practical experience working with the home remedy concept, and discussing the medicinal qualities of kitchen herbs and spices. In this class we will prepare a refreshing herbal water for summer, a post-meal spice mix, fresh coconut milk, and turmeric “macchiato.” Kitchen time is followed by a Q and A on medicinal cooking.
