Winter/Spring Transitional Self-Care


What are the important things our bodies are telling us during the winter-to-spring transition?

Getting an early start on cleansing qualities is key. This is a time when mucous is on the rise, stagnation of the blood is more likely, and digestion can become a bit slow.

We will discuss what, when, and how to look for signs of sinus and lung congestion, sluggish gut, and drooping energy levels.

Take home tools to manage the seasonal shift will include diet, dinacharya practices, and optimized circadian rhythms to help us sail into spring.
