If you’re feeling overwhelmed and not sure where to start the process of creating healthy routines for the eyes, ear, sinus, throat, and lungs, this is for you. Come learn the Ayurvedic perspectives on self-care and Dinacharya, daily routines. Discover how to know which routines are most important for you, how they work, and how to get to most out of your self-care activities by practicing the right thing at the right time of day. We will discuss nasya, ear oiling, lung, throat, and sinus tonics, how and when to use a neti pot, and how to make the medicines you need at home.
